During the process of linking my Xbox One S controller, it identifies it but refuses to connect when I try to click the connection option. This issue repeats when I attempt to pair something previously connected via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, resulting in an error stating "Connection failed." The term "Échec de la connection" translates to "Connection failed," indicating a deletion failure.

Sure, I can help with that. Please ensure you download the latest Bluetooth drivers and software from your manufacturer's official website.

Can you pass your serial # or service tag of the laptop, also what brand it is?

It's an HP pavilion 15 (model CS0021Nf) but I swapped the Wi-Fi/BLE module in it.

I attempted that today but it didn't function properly, the issue remains unchanged.
