Bluetooth issue with the latest device setup
I recently assembled a PC using an MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX LGA1700 motherboard. All systems are functioning properly except for Bluetooth. When trying to connect multiple devices, 99% fail to establish a connection, and occasionally it works but doesn’t deliver audio. My Wh-1000xm5 headphones have been picked up once in over 20 attempts, yet the PC reports they’re connected without outputting sound. I’ve uninstalled the Bluetooth drivers, restarted the system, and reinstalled them, but the problem persists. I’m at a loss for solutions. Any suggestions?
Was eine Wifi-Antenne mitgeliefert und wurden Sie angeschlossen? Das unterstützt auch die Bluetooth-Verbindung.
The Wi-Fi antenna functions similarly to a Bluetooth antenna or receiver. I discovered this firsthand with my B650 PLUS WIFI. Bluetooth performed poorly and kept disconnecting until I installed the antenna. Now I still rely on wired internet.
I set up the antennas and performed a BIOS update. When first installing them, my headphones connected right away, but sometimes it would fail after a few attempts. It would start but then stop outputting audio, and if I turned them off and back on again, it would report connection issues. I’m sure it’s not related to the headphones themselves since they work perfectly with my phone.
I have reconnected them once more and everything is functioning correctly now. Appreciate the helpful advice!
