It seems the device stopped functioning as well, and everyone suggests doing something but it didn’t help. The CMOS was cleared, yet the battery appears to be faulty. Second, turned off the power management settings for the USB controller that manages the Bluetooth module. It seems the issue was resolved—Bluetooth is now working correctly.
