Received a brand new gaming PC with everything functioning properly except the controller connection. Bluetooth isn't enabled, even after selecting "connect bluetooth device." No toggle option appears in settings. The system does not include any Bluetooth hardware. A Bluetooth module or adapter will be required to enable Bluetooth capabilities.
