Bluetooth is not working properly on that laptop and the Bluetooth headphones.
Over several months, despite various Windows and Bluetooth updates, the same problem persists. My Toshiba Satellite S55 laptop paired with JBL Tune 710BT headphones via Bluetooth often experiences a slow internet connection—around 100kbps—most of the time. It works fine with other devices or when using my desktop computer. This issue is unique to these headphones and this specific laptop, leaving me uncertain about the cause. Any guidance or additional insights would be invaluable. I’d really like to enjoy high-quality audio wirelessly.
Checking if you're connected through Wi-Fi is straightforward. Are both devices using the same frequency range? If yes, interference or sharing issues are likely. If not, we keep exploring... Is this your own modem or router? [Consider whether it supports a 5GHz band and can switch between bands.] Also, do the headphones and your headset act as barriers between the router and the Wi-Fi chip on your laptop? Even if they operate on different frequencies, there could still be some interference.

2. It’s possible, but I’ll check if my laptop or desktop supports 5GHz.
3. I’ve noticed similar problems on other WiFi connections too.
4. It occurs no matter how I position myself.
