Bluetooth and WiFi share the same 2.4GHz frequency, causing interference. Since your ISP doesn’t offer a 5GHz band, consider using a different frequency or adjusting settings to reduce clashes.

You might purchase a device supporting 5GHz frequency and disable the 2.4GHz channel on both the modem and the access point.

802.11ac includes a 2.4GHz segment. Common speed numbers can be confusing since they combine both 2.5 and 5GHz bands.
