I'm experiencing an issue with my Windows device where Bluetooth intermittently shuts off for roughly ten seconds before resuming. During this brief period, my controller and speaker appear to stop functioning but don't disconnect completely. Once the disruption ends, everything returns to normal. This occurs approximately once or twice every hour, which is confusing.

It seems the connection is looping back to me, which some Bluetooth gadgets handle poorly and cause delays. I don’t know the exact fix, but a driver reinstall might help. It looks like this is likely on a laptop, so the Bluetooth chip should still function adequately.

I'm using a desktop but will try reinstalling the driver.
