Hello, this is my initial message here and I'm struggling with a tricky issue I've encountered. I originally shared this on the PCMR subreddit, but no one could pinpoint a solution. I was hoping someone here might help. I'll paste the original post along with details about the device and its behavior:

- Operating system: Windows 10 Education, version 21H1
- CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
- RAM: 32GB
- GPU: EVGA 3070ti FTW3
- Power supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P2 (80+ PLATINUM, 750W)
- Adapter: AmazonSmile TP-Link WiFi 6 AX3000 PCIe card with heat sink
- Bluetooth: Version 5.0, MU-MIMO, ultra-low latency
- Software: Windows 10 (64-bit)

Additionally, my Surface Headphones 2 require frequent toggling to connect and switch audio sources. On my Galaxy Buds Pro it's less frequent but still bothersome. Sometimes, after a few attempts, the headset won't appear in the volume controls until I restart or change settings. If I pause playback for a while—like during a Netflix or music stream—I lose audio entirely until I power it back on.

I've tried restarting the PC, updating drivers, and disconnecting the Wi-Fi/BT adapter. The only thing that works is keeping audio active at all times while using these devices. I'm trying to avoid a factory reset unless all other options fail. Could anyone offer guidance or insights?
