That's the real issue now... I recently got a new card, but Bluetooth isn't connecting to it at all.

Well, if you haven’t set up the right drivers, the card might not function properly since there’s nothing preventing it from working.

I verified the installation process. It seems to be correct. There might be a hardware issue, and I've reinstalled the drivers multiple times.
