Hey, you were planning to link a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard to your PC but realized you don’t have Bluetooth enabled. You checked online and found options for Bluetooth 4.0 adapters around five dollars and Bluetooth 5.0 devices over ten dollars. You’re thinking about which version fits best. Since you mainly use wired mechanical keyboards and mice for quiet operation, you’re considering Bluetooth Kb & M for typing and work when you want to stay silent. For gaming and louder activities, you’ll switch back to wired options. You also want to connect headphones via Bluetooth. Thanks for your help!

Any adapter should suffice. Bluetooth 5.0 devices work well with older Bluetooth 4 dongles, and the reverse is true. Ensure you choose a model with functional drivers for your chosen operating system.

Devices running older Bluetooth versions might not support a yen 4.0 transaction.
