Bluetooh and dongle devices become unresponsive upon launching applications or games.
I assembled my initial PC in May, it functions perfectly, but recently it occasionally freezes the Bluetooth sound bar and Logitech devices for a brief moment before resuming. I attempted driver updates, reinstalled drivers and the LG hub, even performed a clean Windows 11 reset, but the issue persists. Could it be related to software or hardware? Appreciate any advice.
Is there a microwave close by? Are the external devices visible with unobstructed views to their signals? Which other equipment is connected to the tower? Previously, my mouse would stutter unexpectedly because a USB drive was near its receiver, causing interference.
No microwave nearby, yeah, they are all in the tower, but no interference on normal use, its just a few times when opening games or programs, and its kind of random, the same game sometimes freezes the peripherals and sound, sometimes it doesnt. I thought maybe it was the logitech hub, but even when using without the hub it happens, dont have any other wireless mouse to test, but since it also happens with sound, which is not logitech and its bluetooh, i think its not related to lghub anyway
