When I push overclock settings, the game still freezes despite passing stress tests and benchmarks. In the console, I see numerous missing assets displayed, even after confirming the game's integrity. Is this issue common among others?

Rephrase your request clearly. I'll provide a revised version based on what you need.

All other games you've played work fine, but CS GO isn't. Reinstall CS GO. If the issue persists, reduce clock speeds and try again. If it still causes instability at higher clocks, your overclock may be too high.

Check the game cache, reinstall it. Ensure it works on Windows 7 compatibility.

If your OC program allows you to disable it temporarily (which most do), just set it to off when you're ready to play CSGO. Since it's not a CPU or GPU intensive game, you probably won't need it at all.
