Blue Screen of Death constant issue
Blue Screen of Death constant issue
I changed my bios last month and have been experiencing frequent blue screens along with various errors such as driver issues, memory problems, sound faults, and mouse glitches. It keeps crashing whether I'm using Discord or playing games, especially after sitting still for a while. Moving around seems to help, but it still crashes if I move too much. I’m considering taking a break to the restroom to see if that resolves it.
The specific drivers are the ones you installed recently: BIOS, GPU, and Windows update.
Reset your CMOS settings. Should this not resolve the issue, launch the command prompt with admin privileges and execute sfc /scannow. If the scan detects problems it cannot repair, reinstall Windows. When errors remain or are successfully addressed, visit the manufacturer's website for your CPU, GPU, and motherboard to download drivers directly. If the problem persists, consider a full Windows reinstall. If all else fails, you may need to return to the manufacturer for a replacement. It’s likely the BIOS change caused the instability, which is straightforward to fix by resetting CMOS.
I’m attempting to adjust the CMOS settings. I’m hoping this resolves the issue since it’s now crashing every two minutes with several errors. Installing the Logitech G Hub isn’t working without these crashes or unexpected restarts.
It didn’t work as expected. I purchased Reimage Pro for $82, but it didn’t function properly. Recently, I received new error codes that I haven’t encountered before.
Chipsets, sound, internet, and graphics software. When using Intel, add the newest Intel ME update.
