Only dump files appear after a system crash. I requested an update for the network card driver, not the BIOS.

You're wondering whether you need to update your Wi-Fi card if you don't have one. Since you're already connected via Ethernet, you might want to check your RAM setup—try using only one stick and see if performance improves.

It indicates that the drivers are up to date. I experienced another crash while playing TFT, which caused the game to freeze and display a black screen. I couldn't close it or switch to another window. Even opening Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Supr didn't help, as I remained stuck on the black screen. I'm unsure if this situation will assist you in identifying the issue.

Hi, to identify the issue on my PC, I downloaded MemTest86. After running it for almost 4 hours, the results confirm there’s a problem. However, I’m having trouble understanding the specific errors reported during the test. I’ve attached the summary images for your reference. Please let me know if you can help interpret them.

No meaning to decode. Issues appear to be RAM or the memory controller—RAM is more typical.

I'll attempt to swap the RAM sticks to identify which one is causing the issue and then replace it. Thank you for your time and for providing the guidance.

I changed the RAM sticks but kept testing them in different locations, and the issue persists. The games still close unexpectedly. Also, moving the stick from spot B2 to A2 caused a crash during gameplay, and turning off the computer triggered a BSOD.

Did you change the setup using another kit or only adjust positions? If you have just one kit, ensure you test each stick separately, not just in combination.

I changed roles, tried both sticks on A2 and also checked the one that was first on A2 but on B2. The outcomes were identical, which isn’t ideal since the issue persists with both sticks alone.
