Hello, I'm having trouble updating Windows. The system freezes into a blue screen and restarts once it hits the 33% mark. I've tried all possible solutions—clearing the drive, reinstalling the OS, changing BIOS settings, and installing drivers separately—but the issue persists. This problem has been ongoing for about a month. It began after I performed a factory reset due to unrelated game issues, and then Windows refused any updates. Also, the update version changed from 22H2 to 23H2.

Have you attempted a full system reset using a USB drive? Also, could you share the error message displayed during the bluescreen and provide details about your computer’s specifications?

I've tried this about four times. I'm planning to test another version on Windows 24H2 to check if it resolves the problem. My setup includes: - 2TB M.2 drive - RTX 2060 (upgrade in progress) - Asus TUF Gaming B550M-Plus board - 64GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM - 750W power supply - Ryzen 7 5800X processor The blue screen only shows briefly, so I don't have enough time to diagnose it.

I recently attempted to install the latest Windows version, but it indicates my PC doesn’t satisfy the minimum specs. I suspect the WD Black SSD might be causing issues with the update, so perhaps a replacement is necessary.
