Blog Post - Stowaway: New Horror Title Released (ALPHA LIVE – Get Yours Now!)
We’re now live with Kickstarter and Alpha! Grab the Alpha from the link above and check out the Kickstarter page. Any assistance you can provide makes a big difference—whether it’s funding directly or spreading the word, your support is crucial for this project. Once the Demo is done, a feedback form will appear. Your input will help us better understand our audience and the platforms we should focus on. Thank you for your time and encouragement!
If you’re curious, here’s a quick rundown:
- **Game Concept:** Stowaway – an indie horror experience set aboard a derelict nuclear icebreaker in the Arctic.
- **Gameplay:** Navigate through damaged metal compartments using limited resources. Power is scarce; most systems are down, so you’ll depend on your lighter and flashlight. Some backup cameras and lights will activate, offering glimpses of hidden areas and possible supplies—great for navigation if you get disoriented.
- **Atmosphere:** The game aims to evoke tension and mystery, with a focus on survival and uncovering the ship’s dark past.
- **Development Status:** Currently in alpha, nearing Halloween release. We’re seeking players to share their thoughts during testing.
We’ve posted updates regularly and welcome questions. Feel free to reach out—your feedback is invaluable!

I'm sorry if my post goes against C&C I had no idea, I was just getting started to build a blog. The title follows the usual style on other developer sites. I'd like to share more about the development process with you, without revealing too much of the game. If you're interested in seeing more details about how we create things, just let me know—I'm happy to go into depth. We've recently faced some challenges finding the right audience, but your feedback has been very helpful. Thank you for your patience and support.
Hey everyone, nice to see the post is still up. I wanted to give you an update on our progress so far. We're almost ready to launch—key features are in place and we've started testing FPS on our systems, building launchers and executables. While these might seem basic, they mark a big milestone as we move toward public testing and feedback. Keep in mind the content is mostly alpha and placeholder; we aim to boost texture quality and model detail soon, though that takes time and won't immediately improve immersion. Our priority has been crafting atmosphere and tension to deliver an immersive horror experience. Check out the image for more details about our alpha site—stay tuned for the official release! We're still figuring out what to share and what interests you, so we're releasing content carefully to showcase our unique style. If you want to see more, check our other social media channels. Thanks!
Excited to notice the improvement! Looking forward to playing!
