The iPad blocks access in the same manner. Resetting the network settings didn’t help. All devices are current to the newest version. There are no problems with calls or calling from the device, but other functions stop working until the call ends.
I need to look into the Ubiquiti firmware—it's unclear what they are. The IT team provided limited details for accessing them. The issue with the Apple remote app appears to affect that device specifically, not the entire network. I value the compatibility note though. Running Wireshark or a similar tool to observe network packets during call setup might help identify what's happening.
