I struggle to play training without entering what seems like an endless waiting line. Do they realize other games don’t have queues? Sure, I’ve heard about this before—especially for WoW, where it usually takes just a minute or so. In Overwatch 2 this is the case, and it’s the only Blizzard title I’ve tried yet. What’s going on? With millions of players, why can’t anyone find a spot? Or are they just not using enough server capacity?

I'm facing the same issue here, but besides waiting in long lines, I often experience problems when the game indicates it has found a match. Sometimes my friend gets timeouts or loses connection entirely, or vice versa. For instance, I was banned from playing in the comp during season one for leaving matches I never joined. The game keeps saying it found something, but the message always comes up with "Lost connection to the server." I'm confused about what's happening with Blizzard servers for this game. As a fan of the series, this is really frustrating. I've been playing this game for six years now, but these issues only happen with OW 2. I never had them with OW 1. I hope they resolve these problems soon, or else they might lose many players.

If there aren't many players available, it seems like a server issue. I'm not familiar with this game from my best experience, but I think the player count was higher before.

I mean it's not about server limits, they seem capable of handling millions of players. But it really feels off, doesn't it? It seems like a design decision to include healers and tanks, which works in games like WoW but feels less natural in a shooter. The idea is cool, but it lacks originality and doesn't quite fit the vibe of a shooter. It's not perfect, but it's decent enough. Recently I discovered more role queues—you can pick a class with an estimated wait time—which makes sense in a training mode. Overall, it probably blends several factors: limited servers, game design approach, and creativity issues. I think the game leans more toward balance than fun, but it still offers a solid experience for beginners and has a low learning curve. It can be adjusted, but it seems the creativity is missing.

You're right to point that out. It seems like a DNS issue might be the cause. It's surprising how quickly I can switch between game modes, but the training feels really tough—most people opt for the easier ones while I struggle with the harder ones.
