How much time has passed since you sent the emails? You shouldn't anticipate an immediate response
One kidney for a mercy change, no returns. -Blizzard, early 2018 BC
It’s unlikely an account will be locked without any reply from support about a chat message. They offer both phone and chat assistance. You don’t need to reach out while logged in, which is why I mentioned the phone—support wouldn’t know your identity or the issue until you speak to them over the line.
I contacted them and they directed you to the site for a dispute, but when you accessed it you were prompted to log in and your account was closed. Since I’m working on a game, I’m curious if they scanned my files from my development and labeled them as hacking files because they contain C# code.
There's absolutely no reason why your account would be banned due to getting the key from a source other than the Blizzard store. Chances are, you probably got banned for bad behavior and/or cheating that you aren't telling us about and are just hoping Linus will take the bait and make a public controversy out of it.
Submit a support request on their website describing the problem. Mention it's unusual since accounts have been suspended and disciplinary actions taken, especially because reporting for attacking in the attack zone isn't allowed. Note that you were informed why you got suspended and request a similar explanation for others. Ask if they sent an email with the details of your ban.
The ways to reach Blizzard aren't restricted to signing in, since many people contact them about account issues because their accounts were compromised. In such cases, the person wouldn't be able to access their account at all. When you follow the link I provided, you'll find an option to get a callback—meaning Blizzard initiates the call instead of you making the call and receiving a robotic message.
