I was attempting to increase my machine's speed by overclocking it to 4ghz. I was feeling confident after drinking a few sodas. My computer reached 3.5ghz stability, then jumped to 3.9ghz but failed to boot. I explored changing the CPU voltage, which led me to experiment with other components. This resulted in a blinking cursor. I switched the IDE to ACHI mode and noticed all four SSDs appeared after BIOS setup, though the cursor still blinked. My system won't boot from the USB stick running Windows 10. I'm unsure what my next steps should be. Consider trying Q Flash or clearing CMOS?

Ensure CMOS is cleared first
When downloading the OS in IDE mode, you cannot switch to ACHI as it should have been done prior to loading the operating system.
