I also tried a different cable and refreshed the BIOS, but it still doesn't work ;-;

Choose the nuclear option. Delete all storage devices on your machine. Add a new solid-state drive. Set up a brand-new Windows installation there. Apply every available update and driver. If this fixes the problem, the cause was software. If not, the issue lies in hardware.
