CPU model: R5 5600x GPU: RTX 3070 RAM: 32GB (8x4) Power supply: 950W 2x1080p display (240hz and 144hz, 24-inch), 1 x 4K monitor (160Hz, 27-inch, INNOCN 27M2V) all connected via DP port. When I switch to fullscreen on my 1080p 240hz screen during a game, it freezes for about three seconds. My 4K monitor with HDR causes the screen to go black. The issue disappears when HDR is turned off. This happens even when shutting down the fullscreen game. All games I play are in 1080p, and the problem doesn’t occur in windowed fullscreen mode. Extra note: The issue appeared suddenly after buying my new 4K monitor, despite using the same settings initially. I’ve tried updating the Nvidia driver and checking the game resolution, which matched my monitor.

Sorry, I'm feeling exhausted. I thought it mentioned a bluescreen, not a black screen. You only receive dump files during a crash, and this is happening with just one monitor when HDR is turned off—it seems more like a cable problem at least. It's very unusual for the GPU to stop sending signals to just one display.
its fine, I appreciate the help. It wasn't a problem on the first few days of purchase and I am using the DP cable that the monitor provided, maybe its because I damaged the cable during cable management? I will try using another DP cable, thx for the advice!
