Hello everyone. I purchased a Blackberry Q10 from eBay but am having trouble with the setup agreement. I’ve connected to my Wi-Fi and inserted my SIM card, yet it keeps showing “Unable to connect to the newtwork.” I’ve watched some YouTube tutorials, but they seem to use different models or instructions. Could you help simplify this? Thanks. Tim

Check if RIM's servers are operational and confirm the company's current status.

This problem is widespread among these units. BlackBerry stopped supporting the servers on June 4, 2022. Effectively, all such devices were rendered inoperable that day because they can no longer communicate with the servers anymore. Your equipment will likely not function again since it can't establish the required connection.
