I’m able to handle this situation at the moment. The PC is set as admin locked, preventing any further access. Lol. *note I don’t remember registry paths well—they’re tricky.* It’s quite simple to damage the operating system if things go wrong.

I thought Shell32.dll might be damaged or relocated, causing Windows to react, but it doesn’t seem that way. If you can’t locate the folder at the expected path, I’ll check the registry values instead.

I repeatedly reset and reinserted the registry key, but the issue persisted. I also attempted to use the downloadable registry tweak from that site, which I trust. The same result occurred.
