CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
New GPU added: GeForce RTX 3060
Installed the new graphics card but seeing a black screen.
Functioning properly with the previous one.

In a 2010 review, the PSU was described as having two 25A 12V rails. This suggests it could deliver around 300W to your card, though likely insufficient.

Update your AMD chipset drivers. Proceed with updating the BIOS to the latest version and installing a stronger PSU of 850W. Which region are you from?

My suggestion would be to invest in a good-quality power supply unit, at least one with a gold rating. It will help reduce your electricity costs. Even a 750W model can make a difference.
Here’s the link I found: https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai=DChs...s=7&adurl=
The cheapest quality I’ve found is listed here: https://www.novatech.co.uk/products...du...63-uk.html
Using a higher-quality PSU reduces power consumption from the wall, which means less waste. A low-quality unit draws more power than necessary.
For example, a 300W load’s power usage varies with the PSU’s efficiency. An 80+ Bronze unit uses slightly more (about 360W), while a 300W load with an 80+ Gold unit uses around 340W, and an 80+ Platinum unit draws even less (around 326W).
The difference in cost between bronze and gold PSUs is roughly four pounds each month, based on typical usage. If you spend about four hours daily over thirty days, the savings add up depending on your habits.
Additionally, gold PSUs contain better components that are less likely to fail early.
