Hi,
After installing the latest RTX 4060 drivers, my PC began booting to a black screen with a flashing white cursor. Clearing CMOS restored normal startup, but each reboot reintroduced the problem, requiring another reset. This cycle has now occurred since today.
I’ve already reverted the NVIDIA driver, set UEFI mode, turned off CSM and Fast Boot, and checked all PCIe configurations in BIOS. The issue began today and was absent before.

• CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
• Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 (BIOS F67d)
Any suggestions on what might be causing this recurring reboot?

It’s recommended to install the latest chipset driver for your board and flash the BIOS to F67, as it’s the most recent version. The current BIOS is an older, post-beta release. After confirming the flash was successful, clear the CMOS.
I changed the drivers in the NVIDIA app and reverted the one in the device manager → diplay adapters → rtx 4060 (properties) and simply rolled it back.
I considered updating to the standard f67 version but only fixed the issue by resetting the CMOS.
My PSU is a Kolink 80+ bronze 600w.
PS: I'm using Windows 11.
I changed the drivers in the NVIDIA app and reverted the one in the device manager. Steps were followed for both cases, using DDU in Safe Mode to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) before restarting and installing the newest GPU driver from Nvidia's support site with administrator privileges.
My PSU is a Kolink 80+ bronze 600W unit. Kolink is the brand, bronze indicates the 80+ efficiency rating, and 600W is the advertised power output. Could you provide the model number and its age?
The document suggests considering the value of continuing despite the short-term limitations. After applying the BIOS update and resetting the CMOS, it seems worthwhile to proceed.
I considered upgrading my PSU last year, but you know how it is—time passes quickly and costs add up.
Now I plan to update the bios and use DDU this time, and I’ll let you know how it went.

It seems it might be fixed. When I was about to do all that, the "white underline blinking" lasted about a second, and the PC booted normally (I still updated my BIOS, so it could be back to normal). Thanks for your help!
