So, in certain games I play (this doesn't happen for everyone for some reason), my PC suddenly goes black while the fans spin at full speed. I don’t have to unplug it to restart; just press the power button to turn it off and back on.

I’ve tried the following:
Deleting old drivers and reinstalling the latest ones.
Re-seating the GPU, plugging and unplugging the cables.
Reseating RAM.
Using wattman power to set my power limit to -5% as suggested in some posts (it helped a bit without crashes, but still failed eventually).
Adjusting fan speeds on MSI afterburner to try and lower temperatures. (My last checked temperature during crashes was only 75°C)
My specifications are:
RX 580 8GB
Ryzen 5 2600
16GB RAM
EVGA 600W PSU
PRIME B450M-A

Verify if there are any pending BIOS updates for your motherboard. Use DDU to remove GPU drivers, download the newest version from AMD's support site, and install it in an elevated command prompt (right-click installer > Run as Administrator). Also, provide the model of the EVGA PSU and its age.
