I would have liked to try that too. I received a replacement - ASUS 4090 TUF OC. I used this card for three days. Played and tested it in hardcore mode; no reboots. However, I returned it because it had terrible coil whine. In another room, my wife heard it... I ordered another gigabyte and will keep updated. I think I'll order the good cable ahead of time.

The angled adapters I'm expecting aren't available just yet. But the replacement 12VHPR cable, which is much thinner than the original Nvida cable, can be ordered from here—just ensure you get the right one for your power supply. Keep in mind these items are on a shipping freeze due to manufacturing changes. If you're in the US or Canada, check the instock ready-to-ship cables section, as they may have any remaining stock.

I just experienced the same problem, but my 4090 had worked well before. I enabled AI cooling in Armory Crate, okay? If anyone has AI cooling or something similar, turn it off.
