The issue began yesterday when I couldn't shut down my PC using the standard method. I had to press the power button repeatedly. Now the system starts with a black screen and a blue wheel. All devices were disconnected. I entered repair mode, ran bootrec.exe commands and sfc /scannow. Attempted system restore from cloud and local sources, but it failed. I also tried the startup repair, but it didn't work.

Operating System: WIn10
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-6800K @ 3.40GHz
Memory: DDR4 64.0 GB
GPU: ASUS 99-A II, RTX 2080ti and RTX 4060
Cooling: Watercooling, 750W power supply

start from the bios and verify if the time and date are accurate.
if they don’t match, locate and replace the motherboard battery backup.
typically a 2032 battery lasts around five years.
the i7-6800k was released in 2016, so this might be an outdated system where a failing battery could erase the CMOS data and trigger such a boot issue.
