I own an MSI B650M Mortar WiFi board with a Ryzen 5 8400F processor, running Windows 11. It functioned properly before I updated the BIOS for a GPU, after which I encountered a black screen displaying a blinking white cursor in the top left. I am unable to access the BIOS and it doesn't appear to recognize USB devices, though this might not be accurate. Are there any solutions available?

I would consider employing a different machine for a bios update before the one you just applied, and attempt to use the flash bios feature to revert to the earlier release.

I've attempted to update the BIOS using the correct version, but I'm encountering a persistent hard white light issue, indicating it's a factory refurbished board.

I'm sure that's correct unless there was an error.
