I have attempted to increase the clock speed of my RAM, but after saving and exiting BIOS I was unable to start the system. The fans are running at full speed. I removed the CMOS battery and left it overnight, but after replacing it, it still wouldn't work. When I power on the computer, the mouse and keyboard lights function properly, but the monitor doesn't display anything. I tried connecting the monitor to another machine, which worked fine. I have reinserted the memory modules and tried booting with just one, but it didn't succeed. There is a CLRTC issue with two pins on the motherboard. I attempted to touch the pins with a screwdriver, but I'm unsure if that worked or not, despite trying multiple times. What should I do next?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! What are the make and model of the rams on your platform? Also, please mention the processor you're using on the board. Check which BIOS version you were using before attempting an overclock on your RAM. To reset your CMOS, simply power down the system, disconnect from the power source, and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard. After 30 minutes, replace the battery and then enter BIOS. What is the make and model of your PSU, and how old is it (if applicable)?

I was using the newest beta version of my BIOS, named "B450M-DRAGON BIOS 2803".
I attempted to remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard and replace it after 30 minutes, at least ten times. I even waited 6-8 hours, but the PC still doesn't boot.
I purchased the PC four months ago, but I don’t know the exact PSU because it’s built into the case. It lists as an 80+ Bronze 650 Watt unit.
My processor is a Ryzen 5 3500.
My RAM is Adata XPG Gammix D30 3200mhz CL16 "AX4U320038G16A-SB30", and I tried overclocking with these settings.
