I'm facing problems with a black screen that I can't fix. I attempted a CMOS and jumper reset, updated the BIOS using USB with Mflash, but the issue persists. Removing the CPU causes both the RAM and VGA lights to turn on. Once I unplug the graphics cards, the VGA light stays on. I've also tried using a different card in the slot, but it didn't work either. Since my CPU doesn't support integrated graphics, I have no other way to check or resolve this problem. I also mentioned that the ezdebug lights are off when the system is running. My system details are: 3090ti, Ryzen 9 5900x, Mobo MSI MAG Tomahawk x570, 800W power supply, 32GB RAM. The issue began after accidentally opening and closing the BIOS flashing.

Is this a newly assembled computer you constructed on your own? Could you provide the precise model, manufacturer, and age of your power supply unit?

It hasn't been new for a while, it's been running for several years now.
PSU
Cosair RM850 bought at the same time as my 3090ti.
The motherboard is the oldest part of the PC.
The power supply I used to fix things was 600 watts, and I swapped the GPU for a GTX960 2G with one stick of RAM.
The PSU and GPU are a bit outdated, about a year and a bit.
