While browsing memes and chatting with friends on Discord, my display froze briefly and a patch of black appeared across the top, left, and right edges of my two monitors. Friends suggested it might be related to graphics card drivers (Nvidia 1070), but updates didn’t help and restarting the computer didn’t resolve the issue. I opened the Nvidia control panel, adjusted scaling and size settings, but nothing worked. I couldn’t locate a solution on Google, so I’m looking for someone who can assist.

It seems like a real physical boundary in the panel assembly. My Gigabyte display includes this feature, while my Dell monitor does not. Could you be missing it because you haven’t noticed before?

It wasn't the same before; it was positioned near the edge of the plastic. I had to change the Discord zoom setting since after they returned, it was closer than before, and the task bar icons appeared larger too.
