Recently, when attempting Black Ops 3, the only functionality available is local co-op with a split-screen setup. My internet connection works fine, but playing GTA V, Rocket League, or other games doesn’t result in any progress. I’ve tried restarting my computer and even clicking on spam, but nothing happens. It seems the issue might be related to the game itself. Would it be better to uninstall and reinstall it? Thanks for your assistance—I’m not sure what’s causing this.

Is the game configured to refresh itself automatically? If it's outdated, it could prevent online play. Checking the game cache might also be useful.

The system updates itself automatically. To verify the game cache, follow the on-screen instructions or check the designated cache directory.

Click right-click, select Properties, choose Local Files, and confirm the game cache integrity.
