I tried it and it reminded me of Black Ops 2 with its advanced movement and gadgets, though that might not make much sense. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy it. The graphics seemed washed out or blurry (depending on the settings), and playing with a keyboard and mouse felt awkward. It also lost that classic CoD vibe. For reference, I still play CoD4 occasionally because it looks nice, feels responsive, and has fewer gimmicks like killstreaks or perks. Maybe it’s just nostalgia—I really liked Black Ops 1 on my old X360. Since Black Ops 2 came out, the games felt less authentic to me. On my system, it ran smoothly at 1080p with steady 50-60fps.

New maps, updated weapons, and a fresh gameplay experience thanks to the altered way you interact (because of the changed gun system). It's possible they might release updates as DLC for older titles, but that wouldn't save money or boost profits, and it could make the community more divided. If everything stayed the same year after year, it wouldn't be considered a top-selling series. Curious to see if I could locate a game easily (since it was a beta release). I think the previous action games were manageable, but the constant movement made it exhausting after just thirty minutes to an hour. I don't agree with the criticism—it doesn't seem bad, and I haven't heard any complaints about using a keyboard or mouse. It felt similar to earlier CoD titles, and the killstreaks were less frequent than in recent releases.

I enjoyed the Black Ops: 3 PC beta a lot—it was my first time playing COD since Black Ops:1. It was only the second PC version I’d tried, after playing it on LAN back in the day, so I didn’t expect much. The graphics weren’t exceptional for a PC game, especially at 1440p, but overall it felt like any other PC title. The controls were different from what I used before; wall running, floor sliding, and jet pack jumps took some getting used to, though I got the hang of it with practice. Some weapons felt overpowered—like explosive arrows or a taser that could wipe out an entire team. The jump punch had a huge range and was surprisingly easy to use. You’ll often see people abusing microphone settings, but you can mute them in the menus. It’s just a game; if you’re looking for something new, this might be worth checking out unless you’re hoping it changes your life. I spent about 3 minutes and 5 seconds playing after joining late in the match.

The experience is decent, though the remaining maps resemble those from beta and are quite limited. Their size and confinement render jumping and sliding with jetpacks nearly ineffective.
