Recently, my installs of Black Ops 2 and Saints Row 4 have stopped working completely. As soon as they launch, they freeze and become unresponsive. I think I've tried everything—checked the cache, reinstalled Steam (it helped briefly), re-downloaded the game with admin rights, and even reinstalled drivers—but nothing’s fixed it.
