Can't because my card can't handle the R9 280x, so I'll get a new one. Would you mind checking if setting the bitrate to 10 and 720p at 30 fps would work for me? Or would it cause issues?

OBS also utilizes the GPU for recording. Since he enjoys generating new threads, why isn’t your motherboard capable of handling 280x? Is it failing to start?

Eventually I'll receive a new mobile ID, but I don't understand why. After installing my new graphics card, it seems nothing is working.
