Hi everyone, just joined today. I encountered issues with BitLocker and watched your YouTube video and commands. When I tried to enter safe mode using cmd > "shutdown /r /t oo", it returned an error saying the command isn't recognized. I need to remove BitLocker. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
Ensure your Windows license is linked to your Windows Online account so you can locate BitLocker keys in the online device inventory.
