Try starting with USB devices removed, and you might eventually access the OS.

Using a BIOS that's too fast might cause issues, so take your time adjusting it. Once the system starts up correctly, there doesn't seem to be any major concerns.

It appears the system took about 18 seconds for the BIOS to load, yet it felt much quicker. The issue might lie elsewhere.
