Bioshock overrated?
I'm in the middle of something about 2 to 3 hours, was it well-received back then because of the visuals? Finished Neptune, it's an extremely challenging game, but apparently overcoming the Big Daddies becomes much simpler later on. It offers a solid take on objectivism, though I struggle to stay engaged with the plot. One moment you're in a plane crash, then suddenly you're tasked with rescuing a princess or kingdom. Why? You just have to follow the rules. Are you giving it a fair shot? Don't worry about spoilers.
The conclusion clarifies it. I ask you not to reveal this twist, but it will reveal all the aspects of the game you find unpleasant.

I prefer Infinite over 1 and 2. You're also enjoying a story-driven game—it's linear, so if you'd like every choice to feel like an RPG.
I enjoyed the initial release a bit, though my feelings have changed since then. The second version didn’t appeal to me much, but I was really into Infinite.
