Find the hidden thermal monitoring menu. Need guidance on accessing BIOS? Let me know if you'd like assistance with that.

Monitoring temperatures through the BIOS provides direct access to hardware data that may not be fully captured by standard Windows tools.

Occasionally software tools fail to display accurate temperatures or may give incorrect readings. For instance, my BIOS temperature for the MSI board appears roughly 5°C to 15°C lower than what Windows reports.

Considering the differences between BIOS and Windows, it's best to measure directly with sensors to compare real temperatures against reported values.

Used HWMonitor for monitoring. Seems you needed that tool for overclocking, though some suggest a key combo with BIOS is required. Remembered accidentally entering Advanced mode and hitting all keys?

Hey there! I pressed every key with A and got nothing. For your OC on the GT745m GPU, I need to adjust the fan temperature settings. Let me help you with that.

GPU overclocking occurs via Windows. Primarily MSI Afterburner is utilized.

I understand. However, the ability to modify the fan settings isn't available in Windows, and adjusting the fan speed on your Lenovo Z710 - i7 isn't possible through the operating system.
