Hello, I’m not sure what kind of issue you’re dealing with. It sounds like a complicated situation. I’m using an MSI Z490 Gaming Edge Wifi Motherboard, and recently whenever I power on the PC it automatically switches to BIOS mode without any cause. I’ve checked both my SSD and HDD to see if they’re recognized, and I also attempted to set the SSD as boot priority, but it still stays in BIOS. I’ve tried reconnecting RAM, SSD, HDD, and GPU, but the problem persists. Every time I turn it on, it goes back to BIOS. I’m really frustrated because I don’t know what’s going on or how to fix it. I even removed the NVMe SSD and HDD, switched to a SATA SSD, and installed Windows right away. I’m unsure about drivers or settings, but here’s my concern: if the HDD is damaged, could it affect the motherboard? Thanks for reading this confusing situation.
