The version just prior to 1405 was released three days prior to your build.
It appears the value is adjusting itself to 1.32. If it stays steady there, switch it to Auto in the BIOS settings.

It might be an issue with this particular motherboard line. I hope the upcoming update resolves it. Yeah, it’s labeled DOCP in my BIOS, but it looks fine so far. This is essentially my backup plan. I’d rather avoid CPU instability if possible. The fan curves could make a difference if things go wrong. Appreciate the reply!
