Fluctuations are typical. My performance varies widely from 40 to 57 when idle. If temperatures stay under 85°C, everything works fine.

The BIOS upgrade might have also adjusted the voltage. 1.320V is a bit high during idle. Unless your temperatures remain within limits while under load, it may not be necessary to make changes.

When it doesn’t need fixing, avoid attempting repairs until the issue is resolved. The updated version is likely causing problems and could be frustrating. Returning to the older BIOS might be a simpler solution.

AIDA64 is currently operating smoothly with a peak temperature around 61°C, which has settled at 56°C. This behavior appears typical, though it's possible the testing conditions aren't ideal.

Are you testing the remaining functionality? For an AIO, you need to let it run for 30 to 45 minutes to achieve balance.

Yeah, my x570 is behaving the same. This seems linked to voltages that are higher than usual. I notice 1.5v for small loads sometimes. As long as you don’t exceed 95 under load and start throttling, it should be okay. Regarding the lower Ram frequency, it’s likely XMP is turned off now, and you’ll need to re-enable it later. For the fan adjustments, tweak the CPU fan curve so it reaches 50% only after the highest temperature you see when idling or under normal use (like web browsing). Or better yet, set a curve that triggers the fans to increase past 50% only when temperatures hit around 55 degrees.
