The update altered the BIOS settings to UEFI, which didn’t resolve the issue. After reverting to CSM, the problem persists—pressing F11 during boot works temporarily but fails after a reboot. The SSD still isn’t listed as a boot option.

Wow, I managed to solve it myself! After trying a lot and finally asking for help, it turned out to be just setting back the default BIOS options. Easy peasy!
