I was screwing around with 500+ fsb with my g31m s2c and seeing which bios version can get the highest fsb I was going from f3 to f6e to f3 to f5 to f4 to f2 then finally f1 But when i tried to go back to f3 my usb shows up as a fking floppy drive in the q flash bios update utility And it seems like i cant boot off it so is there a windows bios update utility since i dont wanna use the bios flasher unless its neccesary cause you know those clips are a pain in the ass to work with
I just wanted to ensure this thread stays alive. I used the gigabyte utility from the BIOS tool and it worked. The interface looks like it's from the mid-2000s, which is cool. Even if it didn’t, I have a bios programmer ready as my backup plan. Anything else?
