Did you reinstall the BIOS following the update? It could make a difference.

Consider these steps:
1. Turn off the quick boot or hybrid sleep feature in Windows.
2. Search for a vBios update for your graphics card.

Fast startup failed and your vBios is running the latest version. No progress yet, but I appreciate the advice!

You successfully resolved the issue by adjusting your BIOS settings. The XMP setting was likely the cause. It seems you’ll skip that option going forward.

Consider restarting XMP and lowering the RAM speed to 3000 or 2933. Running the RAM at its default JEDEC 2133/2400 setting restricts the performance of your Ryzen processor.
