Hi everyone, I'm facing some issues with my HP 3515 Pro 12 GB HyperX DDR3 3x4 setup running Windows 10 64-bit. I plan to upgrade from the A4 APU to a 5800K APU but when I install it, the screen goes blank and the keyboard doesn't work. The HP support only suggests BIOS updates for Windows 7 SP1 or 8. Do anyone have suggestions on the right path or a solution for the no-screen problem? My specs are as listed: Hp 3515 Pro, 12 GB RAM, Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti, 500GB HDD, Windows 10 64-bit.

It seems there isn't an A75 listed on the site, but your machine appears to have DDR3 RAM, which suggests a motherboard upgrade or CPU replacement rather than an AM4 configuration. The PSU info also points to an older power supply. At this point, it might be more practical to replace the case and storage, then build a new system and retire the old one.
