Likely didn't refresh it and it's simply restarted into the Q-flash tool waiting. It seems you tried a Q-flash style BIOS update rather than using UEFI. Based on the BIOS listing USB ports, it appears to be a physical connection device. Since it's hardwired, changing the port shouldn't cause issues. After about 15 minutes, it should be safe to power off. Make sure to boot it first to confirm it starts up properly, then retry with the correct USB connection.
The USB port marked BIOS is typically used for automatic BIOS updates, especially if your motherboard features a QFLASH BIOS button on the rear I/O. When updating during boot into BIOS, the specific USB port on the motherboard doesn’t matter. You’ll soon find your USB stick listed as a storage device.
I turned it off and it remains solid orange without any posts.
I changed the BIOS by opening it and choosing the specific file, or I used the automatic update feature. More details would clarify the process.
Entering BIOS and updating the file Update, I successfully cleared CMOS, started from BIOS (the version installed), applied default configurations, saved and exited. The system boots to Windows, but after restarting or shutting down it fails to boot, remaining illuminated with a solid orange light and no post.
