Hi, I can try to assist you with the bios. When using a Toshiba laptop, I noticed that the options for overclocking aren't visible in the BIOS menu. It would be helpful if someone could guide me toward finding a modded version of the BIOS so I can access hidden settings or adjust my CPU speed. Your PC specs are available here: https://gyazo.com/5f5f5690cc95a44ff49c510d29ec1a8d

You might encounter claims about an unlocked BIOS.
I wouldn't trust it.
With a laptop, there isn't any thermal headroom.
You will have to save your money for a new PC/Laptop.

There's a reason you don't see those options in a laptop's BIOS. If you overclock the CPU/GPU it will generate more heat, heat that is not factored into the design of the cooling system. That extra heat will cause the system to hit the thermal limits and throttle, which will cause your system to run even slower than if you had simply left things alone. If you want a faster laptop, buy a faster laptop.

I'm looking into ways to enhance the laptop's speed, especially for gaming, and I was wondering if there are options to overclock it.
